Had truck checked for exhaust leak at 5 PM on Friday. Identified hole in one manifold. Dropped off Sat morning 8 AM, and fully repaired by 2 PM (w/CAT back exhaust replacement). Fantastic turnaround by my standard. Staff was friendly.

I had a bolt break off that connects from the headers to the Catalytic Converter pipes on my Scatpack and I called when I was at work and Justin told me to bring it in the same day; so I get there and they tell me they could fix it but it?ll take about 3 hours. One of the techs; Dennis looks at it and performed a miracle even while the car was still hot. He got the job done in 30 mins and for half the original price. Dennis did an AMAZING job because it looks and sounds like it did from the factory. They are good, honest straightforward guys and I felt comfortable with my vehicle in their hands. If you have an exhaust work that needs to be done I highly recommend those guys at the Warren location on Hoover and 10 mile. Thanks again guys; EXCELLENT WORK!!!!

OMG, I love this place. Discount Tire said I needed one of the thread bolts replaced that secures my tires with lug nuts. Wanted to chg me $45. Went to Mr Muffler and they did it for free!! Been to a lot of places, but these guys are the best. You won't be sorry. You can trust them.

Excellent service! I had a 10:00am appointment and oil change was started at 10am. I was offered coffee and doughnuts while waiting. The car was completely checked over and fluids were topped off by friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be back!

I am so pleased that John is the new manager at this location. Over the last year, I had spent $1600 in engine repairs and my vehicle was not acting right after all that work and money. I thought maybe I was just crazy, but John found the problem and fixed it. He even called me this morning to check on the result of his work and make sure it is working properly...WHAT AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was going away for a wedding in Kentucky, so i wanted my car to be all set to make the trip, i went in for an alignment, and the staff made sure everything was working great before they released the car. We found out that i needed 4 new tires as well, and they work with discount tire so you can get good prices going through both places!!! defiantly coming back!!

10 stars for customer service and good will at the Clinton Township Mr. Muffler. After hearing that dreaded grinding noise from my rear wheels, I was thinking the worst - bearings, transmission, etc. Turns out, the inspection found an improperly installed part from a recent oil change. The guys just smiled, handed me the keys and said, "You're all set." Wow - a dishonest shop could have really taken me for a ride! This is why I've been going to this Mr. Muffler for years. They always treat me with courtesy and respect, and do the job right the first time. I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.

I moved to sterling heights in 2010. I've been going to this location of Mr. Muffler for 5 years now. It is hard to find a honest mechanic these days. I just had my wife's car looked at today and again they figured out the problem which was simple. They could've lied and said it was anything, just to get more money but didn't and I'm happy to say I will be back. They're honest, hard working, and will tell you in full detail what's wrong with your vehicle. I 100% recommend them. FYI get there early to get your car done in a reasonable time if you wait to late in the day, it won't be done till the next day. Hope your experience is as good as mine have been.

HONEST, HONESTLY!!! Trust these guys. When they say it doesn't need repair; it doesn't need repair. When they say it needs repair; it needs repair. They tell you why, how much, and any other options you have. Their price quotes are "spot on" and they are very good about estimating labor time. They will tell you up front what they might run into that could require more time. If they run into a problem during the repair or see that something else needs repair, TRUST THEM!! They would never try to pad a bill or do anything not needed. Having them to go to, talking through what's going on, and getting quality repair, is not all that comforts me. If there are repairs they cannot perform or feel someone may do better, the places that you're referred to are just as trustworthy and helpful as they are. Excellent repair quality and service. Just plain "good" people. This is the only shop I've used in last 10 years. I switched from the Hall Rd. location to Van Dyke when Brian changed locations . All other locations are also honest and trustworthy!
